We are looking to expand our team to retrofit heat pump systems and other HVAC products in homes in the Fraser Valley. Our coworkers are the most essential part of our business. To set them up for success, we provide them with one-on-one training with an experienced lead installer and register them as apprentices with Local 516 to help them start their journey to becoming Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanics.

We seek apprentices eager to start a trade career in a new and exciting market. We will provide all the support required for you to excel at your trade, setting you up for success.
